I purchase adobe elements 15 and when I save a project I am working on it won't let me pull it up. It says I need to purchase again. I cannot find a customer support number anywhere
You know, I am not sure. I was using it for a while and purchased a grapic
program. It lets me play with the program for graphics and when I save
it,I can't open it again. Then it pops up adobe acrobat and my trial has
ended. I purchase this on November 2, 2016
The license number is REMOVED

You are in the wrong place... Photoshop is not the same as Photoshop Elements... or do you mean Premiere Elements?
Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome
Did you enter your serial number during install to register/activate the program?

You still have not said exactly what program you are using
You say Adobe Elements, without specifying Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements
Then you say your Adobe Acrobat trial has ended
Without an actual program name, nobody can help
