Adobe Elements 2020 menu font too small

Hi, I am trying in Windows 10 Adobe Elements, no problem in Mac. But its very dificult to read the menus, in preferences there is the alternativa to scale it to 200% with the result that you miss half the screen

I incresead Windows 10 font IU to 150% no better result

Sorry that the menu font in Photoshop Elements 2020 is too small.
