Does Adobe Elements work on an Ipad Pro? Can't seem to find an answer to what should be a simple question. Thanks.

Mac and Windows. System requirements here - https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop-elements/system-requirements.html.  The only apps you can run in an iPad are the ones in the App Store - no exceptions.

No Photoshop Elements does not work on iPad Pro. There is, however, a Photoshop for iPad app.
