Adobe has provided Photoelements 15 to downlaod and given Photoelements 14 keys

After purchasing the premier and photoshop elements -15 which was only provided on the screen to download for us.  I downloaded from https://adobe.subscribenet.com. But the keys provided after purchase through e mail is for -14. Now with those keys it is not possible . Whom to approach now for correction
