Hi,
Which operating system are you running on?
Is the problem occurring when you try to load the organizer, the editor or both?
Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling PSE 10?

Hi!
MacOS High Sierra.
I bought my Photoshop Elements 10 editor in the App Store in 2012.
Two weeks ago the app still worked but photoshop didn't save my items anymore.
That's when I removed the app en tried to reinstall. Then I got the error message like shown above.
I also tried all the steps shown on the Adobe support page;
Troubleshoot Mac Application Store version of Photoshop Elements
Hope you can help me out!

Hi,
I'm afraid that I am a Windows man and so may not be much help.
You could try the solution mentioned here
Photoshop Elements 15 crashing on High Sierra
Hopefully a MAC user will read this and be able to help

Hi,
I am not a MAC person so I could be wrong here.
I think the installation is controlled by the App Store installer so I think your best bet is to contact Apple.
[On Windows systems, the Windows Store app is controlled by Microsoft.]
Someone else may come up with a better solution but I suggest you go back to the Apple store. If it is Adobe's fault then the App store should chase it for you.
I suppose you could try getting a refund and then buy the product on DVD from an online store.
