My old laptop broke that had elements 10 on. I finally got a new laptop and there's no download button under my amazon order of this anymore. Is there a place I can buy it? I just do this for a hobby right now and this is the version I'm comfortable with.

Perhaps you can find PSEv,10 on E-bay, but I am inclined to discourage you in this effort. It is problematic that this old version of the software will function properly on the modern operating system which is installed on your new computer. Shop around for the latest version on Amazon and the big box stores for sales during the holiday season.
