adobe photoshop elements 10

i know this is an old version, but i am old too!  I installed this on my previous mac and since bought a new mac.  the mac i have now does not have a disc loader so i cannot load my software.  is there any one that can help me to find where i need to go to give serial numbers etc to show proof of purchase to install with out the cd?

Also, if your new mac has macOS Sierra you'll have to follow the directions on the following link under

Creative Suite 5.5, 5, and 4 in order to in photoshop elements 10.
