Adobe Photoshop Elements 12

I use a Mac computer with the OS Catalina. Since installing Catalina as an update I find my Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 keeps closing down when I try to process any actions on a photograph. Looking on the web I note the latest Photoshop Elements is "23" however it refers to a Mac OS as version 11, 12 or 12.4, my Catalina one is version 10.15.7.

Any suggestions how I proceed to use Elements with my current OS if the new one one doesn't seem to support my OS and therefore cannot be downloaded?

Photoshop Elements 12 won't run on Catalina.

You may be able to buy a copy of Elements 2022 online. The minimum MacOS is 10.15.
But be careful as there are many scammers out there.
