Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 Organizer won't launch

New Here ,
Mar 30, 2020 Mar 30, 2020

I have owned Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 for awhile now, but haven't had time to use it. Today I am finally trying to learn how to import pictures into it.  It seems I need to use the Organizer, but every time I click on it, it won't open. What am I doing wrong?

I'm moving this question to Photoshop Elements for you.

You realize, you're learning to use unsupported software, right?

PS Elements 2020 is the current version.  2014 is outdated.

Yes, but can't afford to upgrade with no work due to the virus outbreak right now. 😞

I understand but Adobe removed the PSE14 tutorials from their site.

I don't know where you moved it. I thought I posted it on Adobe Support Community under Photoshop Elements?

If you still have your Photoshop Elements 14 installer and if you still have the registration number, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.  If by any chance you're using Mac OS X Catalina then there's no way to fix this because PSE 14 is 32 bit.

You originally posted in the Creative Cloud Get Started forum.  I moved the post to Photoshop Elements forum.
