Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 has stopped working

It never started working.

I downloaded the software from Amazon, installed same and it wont run, at all. Windows 10 laptop. Winver Version 1607 (OS build 14393.1066)

Laptop is an Aspire F15 F-571-5050

Can anyone assist?

How are you opening it?

Is there an error message?

Did you try clicking on the .exe file in Program Files?

I understand you are facing issue with Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 in Windows 10.

Please follow & try this ​​article.

If your issue doesn't resolve,

You can also try the following steps

- Open CMD as "Administrator"

- Type this command  netsh winsock reset

- Hit Enter

- Restart your machine

- Open Elements & check
