Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 Lizenzschlüssel

Ich habe durch Neuinstallation meines Laptops Schwierigkeiten, meinen Photoshop zu aktivieren. Installation ging reibungslos, aber die Lizenznummer wird nicht akzeptiert, obwohl sie richtig ist. Gekauft habe ich das Produkt im 2019 und seit 2022 gibt es keinen Support mehr, sehr fragwürdig.
