Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 - Download cannot continue

Hi, I just bought Adobe photoshop elements and premiere elements yesterday. I tried installing it on my PC but once it finishes downloading it says download cannot continue, please contact adobe customer support for assistance. Can someone please help me? Thanks
