Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 - The Welcome screen

I have used Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. The Welcome screen used to have Organizer and Photo Editor. I just tried a trial version of Photoshop Elements 2018 and it has Photo Editor, Organizer and Video Editor even though I have not installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2018. I know that I can change the Welcome screen, but I don't understand why it has Video Editor since it is not installed? This is a bad way to advertise another product. I suggest changing this behavior and switching back the Welcome screens of Elements 2018 products the way they used to be in Elements 13 products.
