Why is whenever I try to do anything on this program I get the spinning wheel? I have un-installed it and re-installed it and it worked fine for about a week and then back to the spinning wheel! Can anyone please help me??

What OS are you using? Are you using Elements Organizer and, if so, how large is your catalog?
When you first install 2019, there is a lot of automatic analysis taking place in the background e.g. the new auto-creations and face recognition. This can have an effect on other operations. You can turn off some of the auto-analysis in Preferences. Othewise, performance should speed up after the analysis has been performed.
