Will Adobe photoshop elements 2018  install and run on windows 11

The answer is yes.  But why are you asking the question?  If you are planning on upgrading from Windows 10 on your current computer, you should make sure that you sign out of the program in Windows 10.  You should also uninstall the program if you are not doing a fresh install of Windows 11.  Othewise, you may find that your Win 10 and Win 11 installations are treated as two activations even though you will no longer be using the Win 10 OS.  You should also do a fresh install of Elements on Win 11.  If you use the Organizer, you should back up your catalog on Win 10 and restore it to your Win 11 installation.

It will also be best to make sure that you User account for Windows 10 is identical to the account on Win 11.

Hi everyone thanks for all the great info great knowlede base out there, Adobe photoshop is great application. after some thought I decided i did not want have to updated after 3 yrs. & went with a different application. Although many application seem to be going to monthly charge or somer version of it. I Prefer once the application is purchased it will keep running till i decide to updated or OS becomes outdated and i have go to a new version.
