Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 Catalog Manager

The Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 Organizer Catalog Manager refuses to accept the local network location for the Catalog.

Does anyone know how to place the Catalog in a network location?

Have you tried mapping the network location to a drive?
