Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 crashing issue with Windows 11

Photoshop Elements 2021 crashing issue with new upgrade to windows 11 - I had no problem with windows 10 ... the crashing varies each time- it crashes in the midst of editing, saving, or opening. 

A king Adobe Tech helped - but the results were short lived. Please help remove these glitches with you program. I attempted windows 2022 trial and it too does the same thing - I will not pay to upgrade until these problems are resolved.
