Ok so I haven't any issues using this program until today.
Yesterday I spent 3 hours editing wedding pictures with no issues.
Today the program won't even open. Any suggestions?
Sorry if it sounds basic, but first try restarting your computer.
And are you having problems with the Organizer, the Editor or both? If you are unable to open the Editor, try resetting the preferences file: Immediately after launching the program, press Alt+Shift+Ctrl. A message should pop up asking if you want to delete the Settings file. Answer OK. If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting Elements support.
