I purchased and installed Photoshop Elements and used it for several days before my issues began. Once it started crashing and would not stay open I contacted tech support. The first time they had me uninstall and reinstall the application and that seemed to work. Then when I opened my primary catalog it started crashing again. The second time I called the technician uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Once again it appeared to work but not with my old catalog. Using the old catalog seemed to be causing the issue and I was told some of the files must be corrupt in it. So I started over with a new catalog and lost many hours of work. Then the new catalog began crashing with only a 300-400 images in it. I called a third time and had to go through everything from scratch one more time. I was then told that my issue would be escalated and I would hear from someone in 24-48 hours. Two days later I contacted them when I did not hear from anyone. They told me to wait another day. I am not confident they can resolve the issue! I have attached the Problem Report that is generated after it crashes.
