Adobe photoshop elements 5.0 problem

An AOL technician messed up my Adobe Photoshop Elements software.  It will not boot.

They refuse to fix it because they cannot.

This old version of PSE may be incompatible the current operating system on your Windows or Mac machine.

Suggest that you download the free 30day trial of PSEv.15. If it works for you, you can purchase the license subsequently.

If you have Windows 10, it likely will not work properly even if you can install it.
