Adobe Photoshop Elements verwendet eine ältere Camera RAW Version als installiert

Hi,

auf meinem Mac mit mcOS Mojave 10.14 habe ich die Photoshop Elements 2020 installiert.

Ein Problem habe ich mit der Camera RAW Version (CR).

Bei der Installation wurde die Version 12.0 von (CR) installiert.

Das Programm hat ein Update angefordert der (CR) und aktualisiert auf die neue (CR) 12.1

Diese funktionierte jedoch nur weige Tage.

Diese wird nun jedoch nicht mehr verwendet im Programm.

Auch eine manuelle Installation der CR-Version auf 12.1 bringt keine Veränderung.

Die neue CR Version hat viele gute Tools

Es wäre im Grunde nicht wichtig ob 12.0 oder 12.1 installiert ist, jedoch fehlt mir in meiner jetztigen Version die Möglichkeit, die Bilder aus CR in eine JPG Datei zu speichern.

Es bsteht nur die Möglichkeit der Dateierweiterung in *.dng zu speichern.

Über die Adobe Bridge bekomme ich dem Meldung "Camera RAW Bearbeitung ist nicht aktiviert"

(Berechtigtes Produkt fehlt)

Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung?

Elements 2020 is only compatible with ACR 12.0 and has never supported version 12.1.

You can't update ACR manually in Elements, only from the menu Help >> Update.

The ACR version of Elements does not offer the same tools as the full Photoshop options. Apart from the support of new cameras, the 12.1 version for Elements will be exactly what you have now.

You are mentioning Bridge: Bridge itself does not link to the ACR module unless you have a "Berechtigtes Produkt ", that is either Elements or Photoshop. Depending of which sofware you have in your computer, it will show the right version. If you have used Photoshop before (even a temporary trial vesion) you have probably used the full Photoshop 12.1 ACR version. You can download and install the 12.1 version for Photoshop, it will not be recognized by Elements 2020.
