I have a desktop which has no internet connection. Is there a version

of Adobe Photoshop Elements which does not require an internet connection, ,

not even for activation?

Version 5 was the last version that didn't require activation.

Hey,

Yes, you can install and activate photoshop elements 2019 on a system without having an internet connection. Here are the steps:

1) Download photoshop elements from here on a machine having an active internet connection: Download Photoshop Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15

2) Copy the setup on a pendrive

3) Use this pendrive to copy the setup on the machine, on which you would like to install

4) Run the setup and install photoshop elements

5) Once the program is installed completely, Elements Hub(Ex-Welcome screen) would be launched.

6) Launch Editor

7) On the Sign-in screen, follow the instructions to strat trial in offline mode.

8) Once you have started the trial in offline mode, and then close the application.

9) On next launch, you should see the trial screen with the number of trial days, also you have an option to License the software.

10) Proceed with the activation.

11) Since you would not have an active internet connection, there would be on-screen instructions to activate your software offline.

Please read and follow those instructions to activate the software on your machine.

NOTE: you need a machine temporarily with an internet connection to download the setup, and to genereate an activation code, so you can enter that activation code on your offline machine.
