After the update Photoshop Elements won't crash anymore with my new Wacom Intuos Pro with Photoshop Element (no more crashing). But it only works correct when the display settings is set to 100%. But that is too small on my 4K screen. I changed the setting to 200%. But then, the Wacom pen click position is incorrect. I can't click to select a menu or tool. It won't work. Automatic settings won't work either.
Have you tried changing the Compatibility settings in the File Explorer?
1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2021\PhotoshopElementsEditor
2. Right-click > Properties > Compatibility
3. Click the "Change high DPI settings" button
4. Under High DPI scaling override, select the checkbox next to Override high DPI scaling behavior, and choose System from the Scaling performed by: dropdown menu.
5. Click OK, then click Apply.

This worked for me as well! I haven't been able to use my tablet for months!
