Bei Eingabe meiner Seriennummer für Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 im Windows 10 kommt Fehlermeldung: Seriennummer ist ungültig. Ein Supportmitarbeiter bestätigte aber nach Prüfung, dass meine Seriennummer gültig ist. Die Aktivierung wurde nach einem Update von Windows 10 notwendig. Vorher lief das Programm zuverlässig. Was kann ich tun, um mein Adobe Photoshop Programm erfolgreich zu aktivieren?
