Hello, When I query the serial number for my product in my account, I get a 24-digit number. However, the activation of Photoshop Elements V21.0 requires a 6-digit number. I purchased the product in November 2022. how do I get the required activation code? Thanks for the help

the activation of Photoshop Elements V21.0 requires a 6-digit number.

You see six boxes on the screen.

You enter your 24 digit serial number (4 numbers in each box until you have entered all 24 numbers).
