All kinds of problems with Photoshop Elements since upgrade to Windows 10 version 1803 (May 15 Swedish Update)

My Photoshop Elements 14 has worked perfectly until the windows 10 version 1803 update this morning. Now there are all kinds of problems including

- bad performance

- strange error messages in popup windows

- impossible to save an edited image, instead there is a message telling that there is not enough RAM memory

- editing features like sharpening also brings the lack of RAM message

Obviously Photoshop Elements can no longer make proper judgements of the available amount of RAM memory in the new version of windows.

When will we receive an update resolving the problem?
