All my 1000's of photos have gone. Help!

I have Elements 9 with Windows 10 and all our many thousands of photos have gone from Organizer. The screen just says no items match this combination of search fields or filters. They are still on my pc of course and I haven't moved them. The only thing I've done recently is the latest Windows update. Can anyone help me please?

Try clearing the filter or select media types from the View menu.
