All my photos disappeared

I have been using elements for many years, now with Elements 2022.  Today when I started Organier, my photos flashed for a split second and than totally disapeared.  All I am left with is a screen that states "No Media Available.  Click import to add media."  So where did my photos go and how do I get them back?

You probably have a view filter set.  Try pressing Ctrl+1 and the photos should be back in view.
