Anyone else lose elements organizer photo downloader function "none detected" message when referring to plugged in card reader? I can't upload photos from my
memory camera card?
This happened with upgrade from Ventura 13.1 to newer version last week 13.2.1. Thanks Mark

What model camera and what kind of memory card?
Which version of photoshop elements?
Here on a M1 2022 Mac Studio running macOS Ventura 13.2.1 with Photoshop Elements 2023
it reads the SD card from my Nikon D7200.

Hi Jeff,
I use Elements 2023. Using OSVentura 13.1 I had zero problems on my iMac.
I shoot with Canon 7D with compact flash card. Also the photo editor constantly
denies random editing functions due to "disc errors". Adobe has escalated my
Problems with photodownloader. Hope,to,hear back soon.

Looks like that's an issue adobe is aware of, at least on the Adobe Bridge side they are:
https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/bridge-and-macos-ventura.html
I tried a CF card from a Nikon D200 and sure enough the Photo Downloader in both
Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer 2023 and Adobe Bridge 2023 doesn't detect the card.
You can just download your photos directly from the reader to a folder in Finder, then Import them into the Organizer.

Thanks for the update on Adobe plan to make Elements 2023 and Ventura
12.3.1 compatable.
Not only doesn't the Organized downloader work in Organizer now, but my workflow is blocked becausethe Camera Raw Utility keeps getting kicked out
And I get the error message that there's a "hard disc" problem preventing me
from continuing many of the editing functions. I've spent many hours so far
in remote phone support where the agents search for solutions on my iMac,
We fix it, then the next time I start working, the same problems return.
They agents all say my repair ticket has been escalated to top tier support, but
for now I'm left unable to edit my photos. FINGERS CROSSED.
Luckily, I have a 12 year old iMac loaded with Photoshop CS5, which
while it isn't quite as efficient as my newer platform allows me to upload photos from my camera to my external hard drives and edit them with many of the tools available in Elements 2023.
it's like diving around in an old Chevy....
