Hallo, mir passiert es ab und zu, dass plötzlich ungewollt durch eine zufällige Tastenkombination die untere Aufgabenleiste verschwindet und ich sie nicht wieder öffen kann. Wo kann ich dieses Fenster wieder öffnen und wie schließt man es?

What version of photoshop elements and operating system are you using?

Sounds like your referring to the Tool Options/Photo Bin at the bottom of the photoshop elements editor?

If so, the Key combo is F5.

You can also open/close by clicking on the Photo Bin or Tool Options at the bottom.
