Auswahl lässt sich nur verschieben.

Wenn ich eine Auswahl habe kann ich die nur verschieben (durch pinken Rahmen gekennzeichnet) aber ich kann diese aber nicht in ihrer Größe veränder oder zerren und schieben (blauer Rahmen). Wie bekommen ich das hin?

What version of Elements are you using?

It is not clear to me what your problem is.  (Something may have been lost in the translation.)  Has something changed in how the selection tools work on your system?  If so, try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

The control to change the size of a selection is Image>Transform>Free transform (Ctrl+T on Windows).

If this does not resolve your problem, please give us more details and, if possible, give us a screenshot of your image and the selection.
