Automatic face recognition

Automatic face recognition is not working in Element 14 on Windows 10. It has not been consistent since I upgraded to a new computer using windows 10. It will not work at all now and I have to mark each photo manually one by one. Is there a problem with APE 14 on Windows 10??

Hi,

Inconvenience is sincerely regretted.

Please check if the Face Recognition is turned off from preferences:

1. In Elements Organizer, got to Edit menu > preferences> media-analysis...

2. Check if Run Face Recognition Automatically is checked.

3. If not, check it and hit OK. Restart Organizer and check for FR analysis.

Please get back in case the issue still persists.
