Batch edit with file name on photo

Hi

I have jsut upgraded my IMac to Catelina and have lost the use of Photoshop Elements 11.  I used this to batch edit file names onto my photographs, is there a way of doing this in any other adobe program. I have lightroom and photoshop also.
