Best way to view photos on iPhone

Hi,

Just bought PS Elements 2021 (version 19.0)  and loving it. Using an iPhone 8, iOS 14.6.

Can someone suggest the best way to view photos on the iPhone? It seems you were able to do it in the past using iTunes which is no longer available. What apps/workflows do people use now?
