I have had an issue before with pdf's showing blank in elements 14. I chatted with support originally and they remotely accessed my computer and fixed the issue. It is now happening again and I have been informed there is no longer help available with version 14 which is really helpful. Multiple searches have been fruitless. There were quite a few technical steps involved which I have no idea now how to repeat. Anyone know the necessary steps??

So, after absolutely no help from Adobe, I have figured out a solution to this issue. After attempting to open a pdf unsuccessfully, go to the top left of the screen below the three circles and click on the Open drop down menu. This will have the option to open the pdf you have just attempted to open. Accessing it this way opens it properly, and subsequent drag and drop attempts opened no worries after doing this.
