Blend together the images together?

I dragged the image on the another picture  and I placed the image in the front of the market. How do I blend the image and the background together ?

For targeted suggestions, it will help if you post both images separately. 

A lot needs to be done to make this acceptable. The top of the man's head is higher than 7 steps on the stairs. The background (market) is sharper than the foreground (man), so there is no depth of field. We look forward to your reply.
