Bought Photoshop Elements & Premier Elements 2019 for laptop now have a notebook. Help!

Purchased Photoshop Elements 2019 for an HP laptop.  Now I have a new LG notebook.  How am I able to move that software from one to the other?  Somehow I also have PhotoShop Premier Elements 2019.  Might someone please advise asap.

You do not move from one computer to another

You put the disc you purchased in the drive and do a new install to the new computer

No disk drive in new notebook.

Download the software from your adobe account.

You can also copy the disk to a thumb drive on another computer, then install to your new computer via USB.
