Hi, I purchased Photoshop Elements of the Windows Store on 29th November as computers in S Mode.

I can see the purchase in my order history in the Microsoft Store, but thats it.

I don't have any Serial Number or Activation Code, and I cant find it anywhere in my order history and Microsoft hasn't replied to my enquiry. It hasn't appeared in my Adobe Account either.

Any help would be appreciated, Regards Peter.

I think you need to contact Microsoft Support.

As I understand it, the program is keyed to your Microsoft account and you won't receive a serial number.  But I understand your regret.  IIRC, updates to Elements have been delayed in the past for the Microsoft version and there are certain other features that are missing/different in that version too.  (I don't know whether that is or will be true with Elements 2024.)

Thanks for advice, I'll get in touch again with Microsoft Store again, it's crazy that Adobe allow this to happen though. Would think they would have standards for there resellers to adhere to and be able to put some thing in place at there end to support Adobe Products from a reseller they've chosen.

Suppose it all comes down to money and profits and not customer care.

Cheers.

Is the computer capable of operating in regular mode rather than S mode?

Yes, I've got it out of S Mode now, but it didn't change anything, still no serial number, but I've contacted Microsoft Store forum as well so hopefully get it sorted out, it looking like it's just tough luck and I'll be tied into Microsoft Store as Adobe don't seem to be interest. Regards Peter.
