Bugs in Photoshop Elements 2019

Hi! I've purchased PE 2019 from the Apple store a while ago. I have recently upgraded my iMac to Mac os Big Sur. Since the upgrade, PE is not working properly: Camera Raw is not opening. When I work on an image, it disappears when I click on the mouse... I have downloaded the application again from the Apple store, but it doesn't change anything. Can you help me to fix this?

These problems cannot be fixed.  Elements 2019 does not work with Big Sur.  You will have to upgrade the software.

Thank you for your reply. How can I upgrade? It seems I'll have to buy PSE again...

As the owner of a previous version, you are entitled to a discount on your purchase of the latest version from Adobe.
