Buy Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15

My question is;  If you buy a CD which has Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 for both MAC and Windows, AND as I understand you can have two activations, can you have one activation on a MAC and one on Windows?

You can have them active simultaneously on WIN and MAC.
