Hello Neeraj

I am using Windows 7 with heaps of RAM and a powerful CPU.

I downloaded Photoshop Elements 15 to use the trial version,

I opened it and inmediately changed the settings to Bypass

the Welcome Screen. Photoshop Elements 15 then froze. I then

uninstalled and reinstalled it. It now won't open at all, ie

When I double click on the icon, nothing happens. I am

informed by Sumit, a member of your online support team,

that the trial version is still supposed to work.

Regards

Shirley

Hello Neeraj

Neither Editor nor Organizer would launch from their exe.

I solved the problem as follows:

1. I uninstalled PSE15 using the deep scan method of Revo

Uninstaller

2. I added the path of PSE15 (in my case, C:\Program

Files\Photoshop Elements\Photoshop Elements 15) to the PATH

environment variable

3. I reinstalled PSE15.

It seemed to take more than one computer restart for the

PATH environment variable to have an effect but PSE15 is now

working. Changing the settings to start up in Editor didn't

cause any problems.

Regards

Shirley
