Calendar and other templates will not download

I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 on a Mac with Mongterey OS. When I go to Create and select one of the projects like calendar I get a pop up the the template is dowloading. However it stops at 0% and the templates do not load. I've tried on Greeting Cards, Photo Book.and Calendar.

Elements 2020 does not support the Monterey OS.  I don't know whether the problems you are experiencing are related to your OS update.
