Camera Raw 13 standard settings

I recently upgraded from PE 13 (Camera raw 9) to PE2021 and thus also upgraded to Camera Raw 13. So far so good. However in Camera Raw 9, I could set up my own standard settings, for example I don't want any sharpening, no colour correction, a saturation of +2, etc. In Camera Raw 13 it seems I cannot do this. It always give me sharpening of  40 and set saturation to 0, etc whatever I try.

When I open a raw file, I have a sharpening of 40, etc and not my desired settings. I need to change the settings for every raw file I open. First attached picture shows what I want to have as standard in CameraRaw 13 when I open a raw file.  Second picture shows how I did that in CameraRaw 9 (both unfortunaltely in Dutch but I hope you see the issue)
