camera raw 9.12 or 10.3, why won't PSE 15 update ?

PSE 15 won't update camera raw past 9.10, need at least 9.12 preferably 10.3 for my Canon 6D mark II ?

Unfortunately, the two links below show that PSE15 can't be upgraded to more than 9.10.

If you don't want to pay the upgrade for PSE2018, you can download the free Adobe DNGconverter mentionned in the first link. That standalone software can batch convert a whole folder of your CR2 files to the DNG raw format that PSE15 can read and edit. An additional (batch) step, but same quality and free.

By the way, PSE 2018 has not yet been updated to the present ACR 10.2 version to the 10.3 one.
