Hi!

I currently use Elements 2014. I Have just got me a new Camera (Canon EOS R7) that gives a new format (CR3) on the raw files. It seemes that My Elements version don't like these raw files, i guess it is the Camera Raw program that don't match.

Do I have to update to a newer Elements version or can I down load a newer version of Camera Raw?

Which version should I update to to get handling of the new raw format CR3?

Best regards, Lars

You have to buy an update to the latest Photoshop Elements version.

Or you download and install the Adobe DNG Converter. With the converter you can convert you .CR3 files to DNG and this can be used in Elements 2014
