Can Elements 2019 be used without internet connection

hi, My students are not allowed internet access during their exam and I am hoping that adobe elements will allow this to happen. Does anyone know if there has to be an Internet connection when using Adobe Elements?

Yes, Elements will work fine without internet once fully installed.

This is mentioned in the system requirements:

Photoshop Elements system requirements
