Can Elements 2022 use PlugIn CameraRaw 15.2?

Hi.

I am using Elements 2022 (Build 20220702.Git.dot.b962853) with Raw14.1 but I would like Plugin 15.2 as it has very useful features. I have downloaded the 15.2 from the Adobe site and run the exe but nothing happens? 

Elements editor still says it uses 14.1.

I have a perpetual licence, not a cloud version.  Is it because 2022 is not updatable to the latest  Raw version?

If I updated to Elements 2023 (non cloud) would 15.2 be available?

Actually with the photoshop elements version of camera raw there is really no difference between camera raw 14.1 and 15.2 as it pertains to features, since those are mostly reserved for creative cloud photoshop.

With 15.2 you do get newer camera coverage and possible bug fixes.

You can install 15.2 if you want by following the directions on this KB:
