Can I batch reconnect missing files

After reinstalling Photoshop Elements I restored "My Catalog" to Organizer. However out of over 21,000 photos in Organizer, 296 of them are missing. I know they are on my hard drive and in the catalog because I can reconnect them one by one. Is there a way to reconnect them all in a batch?
