Can I delete PhotoshopElements_13_WWEFDJ.dmg disk image?

Hi, trying to optimise storage on my Mac and this is appearing as one of my largest files. It's called:

PhotoshopElements_13_WWEFDJ.dmg

and listed as a Disk Image.

Will deleting it affect use of Photoshop Elements?

It seems to have last been used in 2014 and the contents are as in the image below:

Yes you can safely delete the installation package. Adobe maintains web links; so if you ever need to re-install, simply go to this page.
