Can I STOP the organizer from trying to index ALL of my photos every single time I add?
It takes FOREVER to download even a SINGLE image off my camera or iPhone. For some reason NO ONE added a "STOP" indexing button.
Once I did my bulk add when I installed the Elements software, why do I have to do this over and over and over AND OVER AGAIN???
Your best version was Elements 5, everything else has been more crap to choke-up, slow down or stop working entirely!

You are not speaking to Adobe, you are in a user to user forum. You can expect other users to help you, even better than any adobe staff member, even for older versions of Elements. That is provided you give enough information about your problem. You don't even state if you are on Windows or Mac, and for any Windows users like me, it looks like you are on a Mac. Since your description can't fit any Windows scenario, we can guess that you are trying to import from iPhoto, Photos or other Mac specific (and severely protected) locations.
I am sure you'll get help from expert Mac users if you describe your workflow in more detail.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
